LIGHTNING &STATIC DETECTOR

This detector is an adaptation of a detector published in QST magazine of April 2002 page 59, by Bob Radmore, N2PWP.

A sonalert has been installed to take the place of the original lamp alert. The only adjustment is the sensitivity adjustment it may be adjusted to high or low sensitivity . It is adjusted from the factory to also detect static electricity generated from any static generated in your office or ham shack .

Operation:
Simply install two AA cells into the battery compartment and the unit is turned on, the cells should be changed every two months, to assure reliable operation.

Extend the antenna to full length, the unit is in operation.

Warranty:
Except for obvious abuse and installing the batteries in wrong the unit is warranted for 90 days.
